Ward
Truckload Express regional drivers pick up and deliver
truckloads using new 48' and 53' vans. The length of
haul for a regional driver can range from 50 - 350 miles
per load, with the average being about 175 miles per
load. Drivers will service customers in the states of PA, NJ,
NY, DE, MD, ME, CT, MA, and RI.
At
times, regional drivers will also switch loads with
other drivers, spot trailers, stop-off en route, and
unload with pallet jack or by hand. Regional drivers
can expect to be home at least once during the week
averaging 10 - 12 hours per stay and on weekends, averaging
48 hours.

drivers are paid weekly with Direct Deposit
available. The Wage Scale for a relay driver
is as follows: |
