I enjoy working for Ward Truckload Express. They are a company that cares about you. Here we are treated with respect, as an individual, and not just a number. My income is better and I have more time off so I can fulfill my own personal commitments.

Before coming to Ward Truckload Express I drove for one of the larger trucking companies. Here, the people know you and work with you as an individual. Being home every weekend, for normally 48 hours, sure beats being gone for two weeks.

I have worked for a lot of companies in the past, only to have left them a short time later. I've been here at Ward Truckload Express for over 10 years so I'd say they are number 1. This is the only company that I have ever worked for that asks their drivers for their opinions on how they can make things better. Then they take our input and use it. This company has it's own "Fully Funded Retirement Plan". Over the past ten years, they have deposited almost $20,000.00 into my own pension fund. These people really care about me.

I'm treated fairly and professionally. I like the smaller company atmosphere where you can actually talk with the company's owners. Here, longevity really pays off with higher pay, more vacation,(up to 5 weeks) and a fully funded company retirement plan.

Ward Truckload Express is by far the best company I have ever worked for in my fifteen years of driving. The medical benefits package is excellent and the bend over backwards to insure I'm home every weekend. I can say I'm making more here then anywhere else I've ever worked.
