 I have tried many companies, but only Ward Truckload Express, LLC has delivered all the tools needed for my business. Their fuel surcharge is unmatched and they provide many additional benefits like paid base plate, Fuel tax reporting, a discount tire purchase program, paid tolls and much more. The miles are consistent and I'm home every weekend for normally 48 hours. I wish I would have come to Ward sooner.

 I've finally found a company where there is a true working relationship to maximize my time and earnings.  I have worked for a lot of companies in the past, only to have left them a short time later. I've been here at Ward Truckload Express for over 10 years so I'd say they are number 1. This is the only company that I have ever worked for that asks their drivers for their opinions on how they can make things better. Then they take our input and use it. This company has it's own "Fully Funded Retirement Plan". Over the past ten years, they have deposited almost $20,000.00 into my own pension fund. These people really care about me.
